Needs Assessment
Our Personal Transition Representative will
contact you prior to your arrival taking away the "unknown" factors.
- Review your confirmation
- Confirm arrival and departure dates
- Arrange transportation if needed
- Assist with your extended family or any special needs
- Assist you when traveling with pets
- Provide customized welcome information
- Have "starter" groceries waiting for you when you arrive
Meet and Greet
In response to the increased needs of today's travelers, we now offer to arrange for a
SuiteAmerica
representative to
welcome you to your new home away from home.
Orientation
In addition to "Meet and Greet", our
International travelers often find it helpful to have an orientation which includes:
- Demonstration of all appliances
- How to operate the television, DVD/VCR and cable services
- Proper use of thermostat controls for heating and air conditioning
- Explanation of keys
- Apartment community tour: parking facilities, mailbox and amenities located on site
- Tour of the neighborhood, such as local grocery stores and banks
Settling In
After you're settled in your
extended stay suite our PTS representative will make sure you have everything you need
for a first-class experience in your new home.
- Contact new resident to ensure they arrived safely
- Confirm you have everything you need for a comfortable stay
- Follow up with you mid-stay and prior to departure
- Provide departure instructions
