you will need to make you feel right at home. SuiteAmerica provides furniture,
housewares, utilities, local phone service, standard high speed internet service and expanded basic cable.
Kitchens come completely equipped.
Washers and dryers are usually provided. You have access to all of the apartment community amenities:
swimming pool, clubhouse, exercise facilities, etc.

Most locations have a 30-day minimum stay. However in some areas, we may offer short term stays

Do you provide housecleaning services?
We can arrange weekly, bi-weekly or monthly cleaning services for an additional fee.
How will you bill me?
All monthly charges are consolidated on one, itemized invoice.
You may pay this bill by check, money order or with a credit card. Credit card
payments including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Diners Club can
be charged automatically by filling out a simple Statement of Authorization form.
Can I bring my family pet?
Many of SuiteAmerica's properties allow pets with an additional pet deposit.
