Per Diem Rates

SuiteAmerica offers fully-furnished apartments nationwide, all within TDY and most PCS per diem rates. Per diem is understood to include the additional expenses incurred living away from home. Per diem is the allowance for lodging (excluding taxes), meals and incidental expenses.

Per diem rates for NSAs are set based upon contractor-provided average daily rate (ADR) data of fire-safe properties in the local lodging industry. The ADR is a travel industry metric that divides room sales rental revenue by the number of rooms sold of mid-range properties in a non-standard location. All rates are evaluated to ensure that they are fair and equitable in the GSA and Office of Management and Budget approval process.

The General Services Administration (GSA) establishes per diem rates for destinations within the Continental United States (CONUS) by fiscal year beginning October 1st or as necessary. For current rates, visit:
